Laurie Laverdiere – Executive Director

Laurie has worked in many different aspects of senior health care for nearly 17 years. She began her career as an Activity Assistant, has worked in assisted living, skilled long term care and also at the corporate level. But the one thing Laurie always knew is that she wanted to be an administrator. Her goal has always been to bring superior care and services to the residents and she wanted to be the person to make that happen. Laurie chose to be part of The Wilsonville team because she shared our values of providing outstanding care and the highest quality of life for our residents.

Laurie moved here from Maine in 1997.  She fell in love with Oregon and decided to make this home. Laurie is an avid mountain climber and is very involved in the mountaineering group, Mazama Group. In addition, Laurie thoroughly enjoys hiking and camping throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Michele Page R.N. B.S.N – Director of Health Services

Michele has worked in senior health care for over 25 years. She has taught nurses and developed programs for assisted living and dementia care throughout Oregon and across the country.

Michele and her husband Wendell enjoy spending time with the family, nature and their three dogs.

Marianne Carter – Life Enrichment Director

Marianne counts it is a privilege and honor to work with seniors. She believes she has the ideal job and thoroughly enjoys welcoming seniors into our community. Marianne’s goal is to make a positive difference in the lives of our seniors by creating moments of joy for each of them on a daily basis.

Marianne has worked in senior health care for four years. She got involved in senior care after helping care for her own parents and realized the great need for compassionate, quality care for our aging population.

Marianne grew up in upstate New York and moved to Oregon in 1992. She loves living in Oregon and truly enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as biking, hiking and “anything that involves being outside.”

Jan Pollock – Marketing Director & Community Relations

Jan has worked in senior health care for 3 years and marketing for 26 years. She has volunteered with seniors for 25 years with the Portland Rose Society, Portland Rose Festival, and the Royal Rosarians. Jan grew up in North Dakota, and moved to Portland in 1979. She loves gardening (especially with her rose bushes), traveling, crafting, and entertaining.
