We also understand that assistance with daily activities is sometimes needed. Our licensed nurses and caregivers are in house and available to assist you when needed. Central to life at The Wilsonville is the ever present gently loving staff, gently guiding and assisting our residents in their daily activities. To honor each resident’s abilities and preserve functional capacity, individuals are encouraged and supported by the staff to function as independently as possible in their activities of daily living.
